As to the wider trip, I had an amazing time - the most beautiful country with such extremes and I shall never forget a couple of things in particular - the view of the coastline at the top of table mountain and then doing emails at Aquila as the elephants wandered past - completely surreal.
I hope you got the message on Friday in terms of my credit card having been stopped - they thought one of your charges was fraudulent so put a hold on the card, but I believe this is now sorted and payments should all go through smoothly.
